20 January 2018
Queen Elizabeth II Stadium Donkey Lane.

Nine Centurions competed at the first race of the Enfield League 2018 series.

The 21st ERWL season got underway on 20th January in dismal conditions ie cold and wet!

Dave Annetts won comfortably from David Crane and international Masters champion and Centurion, Ian Richards.
Newcomer Maddy Shott made a most promising debut with sub 45 minute performance to lead the ladies home and looks to have the potential to go far in the race walking discipline..

Centurion Honours

For a secondyear running Pauline Wilson (C798) received the trophy as "Enfield League Official-of-the-Year" having helped out at 9 of their 2017 events.   A honour truly deserved.  The presentation was made by former Centurons' President Carl Lawton (C750).
