World Masters Championships Malaga Spain 2019

Some good results coming out of Malaga in the Masters World Champs with quite a few (as usual) British Centurions taking part.
5,000metres 4th-5th-6th September
M70: Ian Richards broke the world M70 age track record with a time of 25:51:34.
M35: Olympian Dom King came 1st [21:36:61].
W60: Cath Duhig in 7th place [30:59:49]

10kms Monday, 10th September
10km race took place yesterday with Ian Richards coming 1st in the M70 category [1:03:];
Roger Michell was 7th  [1:04:02].

M60 - Stuart Benett 1:02:33
Cath Duhig placed 8th in the W60 race [1:03:10]
M35 - Dom King 1st [44:40] with brother Dan coming 4th [46:42]
