100 miles: registration opens 10:00am on Saturday 5th August.
50 miles and 20 miles: registrationopens 14:00 Saturday 5th August.

First-aiders will be present at the start/finish and along the course.
If you develop medical problems, please alert the nearest marshal and prompt assistance will be provided. Participants are required to provide their own first aid materials for blisters.
Feeding station: A feed station provided by the organisation will provide food and drinks for competitors. Entrants are advised to bring their favourite goodies as well.
Minimum age: 20 years old
No person (except a blind runner’s attendant) may accompany a competitor at any point on the course.
RWA race walking rules apply
Race Numbers are not transferable. The number must not be cut, folded or mutilated in any way and must be fastened securely to the front of your vest or top. Please fill in the personal information required on the reverse side including relevant medical information and contact numbers to aid race staff in the event of an emergency.
Entrants are advised to ensure they train sufficiently to ensure they are physically fit enough to participate.
Awards: All finishers will be awarded a bespoke medal

A "tester" race was held in the 8th April 2017 when 15 race walkers turned up to, well, to test the course!
The feedback from all the competitors was very positive. The chip timing worked well (which has been tested at larger and longer events).
